Cancellation policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

At Zara & Kaya, we work quickly to process your order and prepare it for shipment.
For this reason, cancellations are only possible within a limited timeframe.


1. Cancellation Window

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

After this period, your order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation is no longer possible.


2. How to Request a Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at:

Include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for cancellation

We will confirm if your order is still eligible for cancellation.


3. After Processing

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
In this case, you may still be eligible for a return once the item arrives (see our Return & Refund Policy).


4. Incorrect Information

If you accidentally provided:

  • the wrong address

  • the wrong size

  • missing or incomplete details

Contact us within 12 hours to update your order.
After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee the changes.


5. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation is approved within the 12-hour window, you will be refunded in full.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.


6. We Reserve the Right to Cancel Orders

Zara & Kaya may cancel an order if:

  • the item is out of stock

  • the payment cannot be verified

  • fraud is suspected

  • there is an error in product information or pricing

You will be notified immediately in such cases.
